This Privacy Policy describes how Prospect House Events, LLC (“Prospect House,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use https://prospecthouse.live and related online interfaces (the “Site”).

3324 Group, LLC is an affiliate of Prospect House Events, LLC. If you submit information to the Site, that information may be used by Prospect House Events, LLC and by 3324 Group, LLC as described below.

This policy is about the Site and our guest communications. Ticket checkout on the Site may be powered by a third-party ticketing and payment provider. Payment card data and ticket-transaction records are processed by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy.

This document is not legal advice. We may update it from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do.

1. Who this covers

This policy applies to visitors and guests who use the Site, including people who join a list, request information, RSVP, or start a ticket purchase.

It does not cover:

• A third-party ticketing and payment provider's processing of payments and tickets, except to the extent we receive guest data back from that provider to operate an event
• Third-party websites we link to (venues, social media, etc.)
• Information we collect as an employer

2. Information we collect

Information you submit

We collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number

We collect these when you fill out a form, join a list, request updates, or otherwise submit information on the Site. We store this information using our database and service providers.

Information collected automatically

We collect limited technical information needed to operate and secure the Site, which may include IP address, browser and device type, dates and times of access, pages viewed, and referring URL.

With your permission, we use optional analytics to understand Site usage, referrals, and form interactions, and to measure and improve our communications. If you submit information through the Site, we may use related analytics and referral information with your submission for operational, communication, and measurement purposes. You can accept or decline optional analytics in Cookie Settings.

Information from ticketing

If you buy a ticket or complete an RSVP through a third-party ticketing flow, that provider processes the transaction. We may receive your name, contact details, order details, and attendance status from the provider so we can run the event and communicate with you.

We do not store full payment card numbers on Prospect House systems. Card data is handled by the ticketing and payment provider and its payment processors.

3. How we use information

We may use the information you submit, and the other information described above, for any lawful business purpose related to Prospect House and its affiliates, including to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
• Maintain guest, interest, and mailing lists
• Respond to you
• Run events (guest lists, check-in, logistics, venue and security coordination)
• Send transactional messages (order confirmations, event details, policy updates)
• Send marketing and event communications by email and SMS when you opt in
• Contact you by phone at the number you provide (we do not expect calling to be a primary channel, but we reserve the right)
• Prevent fraud, bots, malware, and abuse
• Analyze Site performance and campaign effectiveness when analytics is enabled
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service

Submitting an invitation request does not require marketing consent. If you opt in to marketing, you consent to Prospect House Events, LLC and 3324 Group, LLC contacting you with event and marketing communications as described in this policy.

4. Email and SMS

Email

We use service providers to help manage contact records and send email. Marketing emails will identify Prospect House Events, LLC (and, where applicable, 3324 Group, LLC), include a working unsubscribe link, and include our postal address: 228 Park Avenue South, #142664, New York, NY 10003, United States.

SMS

We use service providers to send texts about events, lists, and marketing.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is not a condition of buying a ticket.

Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Calls

We reserve the right to call the number you provide. We do not currently treat voice calling as a primary marketing channel.

What opt-out does not stop

If you buy a ticket or register for an event, we and our service providers may still send messages needed to complete that transaction or run that event (for example, your ticket, entry details, or a cancellation notice).

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We share information with:

• 3324 Group, LLC, as an affiliate that may use guest contact information for related events, entertainment, and brand communications
• Service providers that process data for us, including database, hosting, form-processing, email, SMS, ticketing, payment, analytics, and related guest-infrastructure providers
• Venues, security, production, and hospitality partners when needed to operate an event
• Professional advisors
• A buyer or successor if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets
• Authorities or other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law, or necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Prospect House, our guests, or others

When you pay for tickets through a third-party ticketing or payment flow, you are also dealing with that provider. Read the provider's terms and privacy policy for how it handles payment and ticket data.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the Site, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure the effectiveness of our communications.

Some technologies are necessary for the Site to work and cannot be switched off through our Cookie Settings. Optional analytics technologies help us understand visits, referrals, and interactions with our forms so we can improve the Site and our communications.

If you submit information through the Site, we may use related analytics and referral information to understand how people discover Prospect House and to manage our guest communications. We do not use these technologies to collect payment card information.

You can accept or decline optional analytics in Cookie Settings. If you decline or withdraw consent, we will stop using optional analytics technologies on that browser where technically possible. Declining optional analytics does not prevent you from submitting a form or using the Site.

You can also control cookies through your browser. Blocking cookies may affect Site features.

7. Retention

We keep guest contact records until you ask us to delete them, or until we decide they are no longer needed for operations, communications, security, accounting, or legal purposes.

We keep enough information to honor opt-outs so we do not message you again after you unsubscribe.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, consistent with applicable law including the New York SHIELD Act.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices

You may:

• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the email
• Opt out of SMS by texting STOP
• Ask us to access, correct, or delete the name, email, and phone number we hold
• Ask us not to send marketing

If a state privacy law grants you additional rights and applies to us, we will honor a verifiable request as required by that law.

10. Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at contact@prospecthouse.live so we can review and respond appropriately.

Age requirements may vary by event and will be stated on the relevant event, invitation, or ticket page. The current Late New Year’s Party invitation flow is intended for guests who are 21 or older.

11. Changes

We may revise this policy. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. If changes are material, we may also notify you by email or by a notice on the Site.

Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
