This policy describes what information Prospect House Events, LLC (“Prospect House,” “we,” “us”) collects when you interact with our website at prospecthouse.live, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit our email signup form, we collect:

• The email address you provide
• The fact that you checked the consent box, and the timestamp of submission
• UTM parameters and referrer URL passed to the page (used for attribution — e.g., to know which Instagram post or partner link led you here)

We do not collect your name, phone number, or any other personal information through this form.

How we use it

We use your email to send you event announcements, ticket access, and occasional cultural updates from Prospect House. Our email list uses double opt-in: after you sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation email and must click the link inside to begin receiving messages. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.

Who processes your email

We use Klaviyo to manage our email list and send messages. Your email and the data above are transmitted to Klaviyo’s servers and stored there subject to their privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

At present, this website does not set cookies, run analytics scripts, or load advertising pixels. We may add Meta, Google Analytics, and/or TikTok pixels in the future to measure ad performance — this policy will be updated before any such tracking is enabled.

Your rights

You may at any time:

• Unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email we send
• Request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Request deletion of that information
